The house layout is nice. Certainly needs some paint, repairing up in a number of places and new home furnishings. The place was very clean and that’s what was most important to us. They say location is everything, and I'd have to concur here. The place by itself is in desperate need of an overhaul. Everything worked, it felt protected, and also the location was awesome, however it's just on the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I do not mean to complain way too much, but basically the windows were all really in need of replacement, as were being the doors, the trim, much from the furniture, etc.

that island is nothing short of paradise and like 35 miles from this house. every one of the beaches we secluded and very little people on them. its nowhere close to crowded. cape san blas had the most people off each of the beaches and even that was not what I call crowded". I do advise bringing bug spray because there are some yellow fly type insects that appear out while in the early morning hours and when the sun starts to established and they do bite. it had been nothing that will keep you indoors however. there can be a handful of state parks during the area and every one of these are beautiful. beautiful is surely an understatement being honest! its a very family friendly place and never the party scene. the people are friendly and their southern draw is too darn cute. this year was the first time I have been to this area in florida and I will make this a yearly holiday. working with pristine properties was simple and easy. they're nice and I almost certainly talked to all of them before I actually made it to indian move. there is so much I could say but just pack up and go see for yourself.
